I've always loved real estate. At the age of 18, I purchased my first home and spent my 20's buying and selling investment properties. When I met and married my husband, a builder and general contractor 2008, we took a trip to Sarasota with my parents to help them find a house. They didn't find one on that first trip, but we did! We fell in love with the beautiful beaches and sunshine and never looked back. We immediately relocated our construction design/build company to Sarasota and began working with homeowners and business owners remodeling their spaces. Walking clients through the remodeling process, helping them make design choices that were within their budget AND aesthetically pleasing was a challenge that I gladly accepted. Each project taught me something new, and I was building lifelong relationships along the way. I created a branch of our business to do Home Watch to meet the needs of our clients who were absentee homeowners or snowbirds and quickly found that there was a need for this service far beyond our own clientele. It quickly turned from Home Watch to concierge services as my hospitality background kicked into high gear! I strived to anticipate the needs and wants of my customers before they ever thought of asking for it. Little did I know what all of my passions were preparing me for!
I was encouraged by another agent to get my Florida real estate license and decided to go for it in 2012. Working with buyers, I helped them see the possibilities of each property if a few tweaks were made and showed my sellers how to prepare and stage their home to maximize it's appeal. My husband and I also began buying our own properties to rehab and sell again which allowed me to have more time with our son. I would visit job sites and meet with subcontractors with a toddler strapped to my chest.
In 2019, my husband was offered a great opportunity that would require him to change his career of 32 years and relocate to Northern Florida. I chose Saint Augustine for it's magical charm, beaches and our son's love of history and have absolutely no regrets. We've made Saint Johns county our home and hope to help you make it yours as well!
