Growing up in Colorado Guy developed a passion for skiing and an appreciation for the environment. This passion for skiing led him to live and work in a mountain resort where he met his wife of thirty six plus years. They have two daughters and eight grandchildren. Family is a pivotal part of his life. During his college years his interest in aviation led to acquiring his private pilots license while at Metropolitan State College in Denver Colorado.Guy has thirty years experience in professional sales and territory management in construction materials with a corresponding understanding of building environments and their impacts on the structure. Before and since relocating to North East Florida in 2001 Guy and Kim bought and sold two dozen properties and gained significant experience along the way. This extensive personal and emotional experience with the buying and selling process has provided a real understanding of the customers point of view. Extensive ongoing education coupled with personal and professional experience has set up a perfect combination of experience, education, and ethics which results in what he calls his three Rs: Reliable, Responsive, and Relatable
