Born and raised on Long Island's East End of New York, Donna grew up with the ocean as a playground and a good distance from the noise, pollution and danger of NYC After college and marriage in 1990, Donna and husband sold their home on Long Island and moved to Southern California with their new twins and enjoyed a decade of the golden days of the West Coast family lifestyle Long Island and Southern California revealed to Donna the strong investment of real estate despite fluctuations of interest rates and prices when it comes to highly desired areas with limited inventory for prospective buyers and investors.
Real estate is a lifestyle choice with great investment dividend and the county of St John is the new oasis for families looking for a good healthy lifestyle in times of uncertainty.
In 2000, the Mulvihiils moved to the Finger Lakes region to live on a horse farm and raise children in a spacious place of acreage and fresh good air. Donna homeschooled her six children during this season of life and invested in real estate and business.
After 20years of living in this region in New York, it was best for the wise to relocate to a place where freedom was still respected and families can thrive in the sun of goodness.
To Florida the family relocated in 2021.
Donna's four-year history degree from SUNY and her law school background made the oldest established city in the Untied States a wonderful choice to bring the family. Saint Augustine Beach on Anastasia Island brought a beautiful life of safety and beauty.
Her youngest two children are students at Saint Augustine High School and have a life of surfing, volleyball and beachcombing to the glorious sunrise. Her two college children love to come to the beach to their new home where the cares of this earth are lighter than most and there are outdoor concerts and endless festivals on the beach and downtown.
Donna's 30year old twins and their spouses and grandchildren and rescue dog love vacations to the region and love having their home base in the most desired land on earth.
